Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.27 of 2015 dated 31.01.2020 passed by the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal No.97/2020.

Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This is the second bail petition and the earlier bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.1906 of 2020 was dismissed as withdrawn on 16.10.2020. Today, when this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
