Crl.M.P.Nos.4602 & 4603 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.3729 & 3727 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.3729 & 3727 of 2023 by common order dated 28.02.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a another period of two months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.Nos.3729 & 3727 of 2023 dated 28.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
