This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before any other Police Station in Krishnagiri District instead of the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further in Crl.OP.No.32321 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32321 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station, Krishnagiri, once in a week i.,e every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.
