This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 10.05.2015 and to file final report before this Court within stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint given by the petitioner, the matter essentially appears to be a dispute between the Daughter-inlaw and Mother-in-Law. In this connection, the Daughter-in-law had earlier lodged a complaint against this petitioner and petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.06.2015. The complaint of this petitioner appears to be a counter blast.
