This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.10.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry.
4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate for enquiry. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
