O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 09.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 09.02.2015 by post to the first respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint along with wound certificate to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
