This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Karur Town Police Station, Karur daily at 10.30 a.m, for the period of three months and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, for another period of three months in Crl.OP.No.2736 of 2023 by order dated 13.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
