ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case file in Crime No.251 of 2015 from the file of 2nd respondent and transfer the same to an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police in 3rd respondent agency for fair investigation in Crime No.251 of 2015. 2.Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above Cr.No.251 of 2015 charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.400 of 2015.
3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
