When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant in both the applications submits that despite diligent steps taken to locate the vehicle, the applicant as well as the Advocate Commissioner have not been able to execute the warrant for the reason of non-availability of the vehicle. Hence, she seeks permission of this 2/3

Court to withdraw the applications with liberty to move an application, as and when necessity arises in future.
