This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the said persons in respect of the complaint dated 27.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 27.05.2015 by post to the first respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
