On instructions, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No. 28 of 2011 has been completed and closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Hudco, Krishnagiri District on 02.01.2017 after service of RCS notice on the de-facto complainant.
