2. Delay in filing claim petition is sought to be condoned. Reason for the delay as can be culled out from the support affidavit is, the petitioner had misplaced the original receipt and it was located only recently while whitewashing and cleaning up his residence.

3. Learned counsel for applicant Mr.K.Subramanian is before this Court.

4. Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' ['Deputy OL' for the sake of brevity] on behalf of Official Liquidator attached to this Court submits that he has no serious objection to the COD prayer being acceded to.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the nature of the matter, this Court is inclined to accede to the COD prayer 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Comp.Application No.180 of 2022 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 M.SUNDAR.J., gpa albeit with a rider that the applicant shall now file the claim petition along with the original receipt within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before 01.07.2022.
