This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2023, dated 29.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.123 of 2023. Therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2023, dated 29.12.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on Every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
