This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24653 of 2024, dated 04.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed.
