Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.O.P.No.5671 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022 pending investigation on the file of Respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5671 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to delay in getting the valuation certificate, the petitioners herein are not able to furnish sureties within the stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 26.04.2022, to the petitioners to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
