ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to take on file the Crl.M.P.Sr.No.637 of 2025 filed on 18.02.2025 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem on 24.10.2024, in Crl.M.P.No.2778 of 2024, on condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur daily at 10.00 a.m except holidays until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.112 of 2025 to relax the condition. By an order dated 10.01.2025, the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, dismissed the petition, since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly. Once again the petitioner filed a relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.Sr.No.637 of 2025 and the same was returned on 20.02.2025, since already the relaxation petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

5. Considering the said submission, the docket order passed in Crl.M.P.Sr.No.637 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is hereby set aside and the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2778 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024, is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
