PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to 1/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2022 by appointing and to hold enquiry into the sexual harassment and Misconduct of fifth respondent in work place in Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Nellikuppam, Cuddalore District to secure ends of justice.

ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2022 for conducting an enquiry into the alleged sexual harassment and Misconduct of fifth respondent in work place i.e., in Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Nellikuppam, Cuddalore District.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, pending the writ 2/4

petition, an enquiry was conducted and a report dated 16.11.2022 of the internal committee has also been filed. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
