ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to restrain the respondents from evicting the petitioner from his possession of the land comprised in Survey No. 593-part T.S.No. 78/1, Ward No.E, Block No.19 situated at canal Road, Korattur, Chennai without due process of law.

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that this petition has been filed by the petitioner-Trust under the apprehension that the respondents are intend to evict the petitioner from their possession of the subject land without following the due process of law. However, today, he assured before this Court that the respondents will not make any attempt to evict the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law.

4. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. The respondents are directed not to evict the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law.
