ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 406 & 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The respondent police not so far registered any case against this petitioner. However, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would state that there is a direction from the Magistrate under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., to register a case on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and investigate.
