JUDGMENT

(Delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has submitted that the order impugned in this writ appeal has been complied with by the appellants and hence the matter has become infructuous. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms. No.20, Higher Education (C1) Department, dated 01.02.2016, to that effect. 2.In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
