PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police instead that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvarur and report before the Inspector of Police Thiruvarur Town Police Station for a period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.3897 of 2025 order dated 19.02.2025 For Petitioner(s):

ORDER
The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police instead that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvarur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvarur Town Police Station for a period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.3897 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeks modification of the condition mainly on the ground that he had appeared before another police station in which he had another case; and that in the said case, the condition was relaxed.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Page No.2 of 4
the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for sometime and then seek relaxation.
