The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order and direction given has been duly complied with and an enquiry notice was sent, but the petitioners did not appear and in the meantime, M/s.Sree Hi-Tech Construction filed W.P.No.21931 of 2016, in which, the petitioners herein are arrayed as respondents 6 and 7 and an interim order has been granted.
3. In view of the above submissions, the above contempt petitions are closed.
