Though this application is opposed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this Court finds that the very impugned order, challenged in the writ petition, came to be passed, in pursuant to the direction issued by the Civil Court, in a suit for partition, where the petitioner and the proposed party are parties. Therefore, this Court finds that the presence of the impleading petitioner is necessary to decide the present issue.

Accordingly, this implead petition is ordered.
