A. Nos.1319, 1320 & 1321 of 2026 in C.S. No. 330 of 2020 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 589 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th defendant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th defendant and to bring on record the L.R.s of the deceased 4th defendant respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant(s) and the learned counsel for the respondent(s) who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these applications.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
