This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1330 of 2018 dated 23.01.2018 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, issued statutory notice to the respondent on 10.09.2018. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for the appearance of the respondent. The present incumbent at the office of the respondent, viz.Mrs.M.Sengala, The Tahsildar, Tirutani Taluk is present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing

for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by issuing a proceedings dated 07.09.2018 by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also furnished with the copy. If the petitioner is having any further grievance against the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. However, insofar as the present contempt petition is concerned, since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, thus, the contempt petition is closed.
