It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent in O.A.No.241 of 2023 and A.No.1721 of 2023 that these applications which were filed before the IV Assistant City Civil Court were disposed of on 18.07.2018 before the suit was transferred to this Court.

2. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in these applications and the same are closed.
