The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from making any order prohibitory under 144 Cr.P.C against the petitioner.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to forbear the respondents from making any order prohibitory under 144 Cr.P.C against him. Now, almost four years have lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, as the matter pertaining to this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
