Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondents to give permission to conduct a festival orchestra (only devotional songs) of Sri Sakthi Mariamman Koil to conduct yearly festival on 07.04.2022 in between 07.00 P.M. in yearly festival in our village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2022. This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to give permission to conduct cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Sri Sakthi Mariamman Koil, Veerakkalpudur, Konur, Salem District on 07.04.2022 at 7 p.m, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that the permission to conduct the cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) on 07.04.2022 is already time barred.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs.
