Though some reasons have been stated in paragraph No.24 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition since the delay is huge which is more than two years, definitely some prejudice would have been caused to the first respondent / writ petitioner, therefore, in order to compensate the same, we are inclined to allow this petition only on terms.

2. In view of the same, this petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable by the petitioners to the first respondent / writ petitioner through the learned counsel for the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
