ORDER

This Writ Petition Criminal is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2026 to withdraw the Look Out Notice/Circular issued against petitioner's son by name Ayyamperumal, S/o.Subramaniyan in Crime No.02 of 2025 on the file of 2nd respondent and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition Criminal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
