ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Jayaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is that a direction be issued to respondent No.1 to remove the encroachment in Municipality Road at Solomon Street Extension, Ward-G, Block-41, Selaiyur Village, Kacheepuram District. According to the petitioner, the said encroachment was made by respondent No.6.

3. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that the said encroachment has been removed on 13.06.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admits that the encroachment has been removed.

4. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
