ORDER

The revision petitioner / 27th claimant has filed this petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to number the un-numbered IA SR No.6667 of 2025 in LAOP No.7 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there is no allegation with regard to the grab of property and that there is no title dispute. However, the Court below failed to take the application on file.

3. On considering both side submission and on a perusal of the records, this Court directs the trial Court to take the un-numbered IA SR No.6667 of 2025 in LAOP No.7 of 2016 on file, afford an opportunity to both parties, and dispose of the same on merits within a period of twelve weeks.

4. The Registry is directed to return the original petition.
