[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's son D.Karthikeyan before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been secured and at present he is living with the petitioner.
