ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that current paper is pending against the petitioners for enquiry and if the petitioners participate in the enquiry, the current paper will be disposed of within three weeks and if the petitioners co-operate for the enquiry, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners herein to participate in the enquiry and in case of proper co-operation to the enquiry, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners, till the completion of enquiry.
