ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.27359 of 2015 dated 20.06.2024.

2. A part of the orders of this Court have been complied with and thereafter, the respondents have obtained an order of interim stay from the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.129 of 2015.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same after the disposal of the writ appeal. Consequently, the sub application is also closed. 15.04.2025 srn 2/3
