ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANANARAYANAN, J.,] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing our attention to the Certificate of the Tahsildar, [DRS], Taluk Office, Tiruvannamalai, dated 31.07.1993, in and by which, the certification is given that the petitioner is working as a Section Writer, DRS Taluk, in Tiruvannamalai Taluk Office from 01.08.1991 to 31.07.1993 and therefore, the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.22, Personnel and Administrative Reforms [F] Department, dated 28.02.2006.

A perusal of the materials placed before this Court, would disclose that the petitioner did not raise such a ground either in the writ petition or in the writ appeal and therefore, we are of the considered view that there is no error apparent on the face of the record in the impugned judgment, dismissing the writ appeal. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation based on the new facts which has come into being to the knowledge of the Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the said official, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the decision

taken, to the petitioner.

The review application is dismissed with the above observation.
