O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 13.09.2024 in W.P. No.21578 of 2022.

2. While allowing the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondents therein to include the name of the petitioner in the State Wide Seniority List and regularise his service by appointing him as Forest Watcher by creating a supernumerary post in terms of G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 07.08.2009.

3. Mr. S. Rajesh, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing G.O.(2D) No.119, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2ii) Department, dated 23.06.2025 and the petitioner has been appointed as Forest Watcher vide proceedings of the District Forest Officer dated 25.06.2025. placed a copy of the proceedings before this Court.

4. On perusal of the said documents and after considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court satisfied that the order of the Court is complied with in true letter and spirit.
