ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the first Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 24.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.110 of 2015 and the same was closed on 24.06.2016 on the undertaking given by both the parties. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
