This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 458 days in filing the appeal.

mps 3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the petitioner is a labour and he challenged the findings on valid grounds and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
