ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4, in particular the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 07.10.2024, wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of names of respondents 5 to 9 from the revenue records and to restore the patta No.2480 in the name of the petitioner and others with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.R.Raghavendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 07.10.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity to all the interested parties and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
