This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as 'Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Panruti' instead of 'The District and Sessions Court at Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore' in Crl.OP.No.592 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made submission as the petitioner himself wrongly mentioned the satisfaction court and in this regard, he needs the same amended as 'The Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Panruti' instead of 'The District and Sessions Court at Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore' in the order dated 08.02.2022 passed in Crl.OP.No.592 of 2022.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is allowed. 1/2

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in in Crl.OP.No.592 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022 after making the above corrections. 20.04.2022 lok 2/2
