The present Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 12.02.2017 made in CMP.No.4932/2017 in M.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

2. When the matter was called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the revision has already become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
