Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3767 of 2022 on 03.03.2022.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3767 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
