PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Judge, to dispose of the Tr.O.P.No. 18 of 2019 on the file of the District Judge, Nagapattinam, within a reasonable time frame.

O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Judge, to dispose of the Tr.O.P.No. 18 of 2019 on the file of the District Judge, Nagapattinam, within a reasonable time frame.

2. Admittedly, the aforesaid transfer application has been filed by the revision petitioner, wherein, notice has already been ordered by the trial court. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. However, the revision petitioner shall file a fresh application for advance hearing of the said transfer application. The learned District Judge, Nagapattinam shall take into account all the contentions raised by the parties in the fresh application, if so filed, and consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 05.04.2019 mbi Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes / No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order To The District Judge, Nagapattinam.
