Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in proceeding O.Mu.No.7132/2011/C1 dated 29.06.2012 and the order issued by the second respondent in O.Mu.No.30059/F3/2012 dated 26.07.2012 and quash these orders and consequently, direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Revenue Assistant by transfer of services with all consequential monetary and service benefits.
