Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall at Salem District and report before Fair Land Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.6533/2022 on 22.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6533 of 2022 dated 22.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition by reporting before the Fair Land Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6533 of 2022 dated 22.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of reporting before the Fair Land Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m.
