NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.

This is a Petition taken out seeking directions to the respondents to release convict immediately for facilitating him to take treatment in a Private Hospital of his own choice and expenses. 2.The petitioner is the wife of convict, who is undergoing rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years. However, it appears that he had several health complications, including vomiting of blood. He has been treated as an inpatient at the Vellore Medical College Hospital, Vellore. He is also put on medication, but, inspite of the same, the convict is still vomiting blood once in a while. Therefore, he sought for permission to get admitted to a Private Medical Hospital/ Nursing Home for treatment.

3.Though representations appear to have been submitted by the petitioner on 26.08.2016 and 10.04.2017 and also through their counsel on record on 02.03.2017, there is no response in the matter. Therefore, it is only appropriate that the respondents herein are

directed to deal with the representations submitted by the writ petitioner herein and on his behalf by his counsel and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the individual concerned at the earliest. Let this exercise be completed within a maximum period of fifteen days from today.

The Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
