Seeking a direction to the third respondent to secure the petitioner's daughter viz., Hania Hana, D/o.Nasreen Banu, aged 4 1/2 years and produce her before this Court and hand over to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.We do not find any illegal detention involved. This is the dispute with respect to the custody of the minor child between the husband and wife.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
