The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass an order on the enquiry report dated 27.01.2016 and further explanation given by the petitioner on 10.02.2016.

2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner was removed from service on 18.05.2017 and would further submit that challenging the said removal from service, the petitioner has filed writ petition before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court and hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
