This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal.

2. The 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

3. Mr.G.Bharadhwaj, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.8801 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

7. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.G.Bharadhwaj, as counsel for the 1st respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
